Mainada is responsible for the quality of its products, and allows the return of any products (According to Royal Decree 1/2007).
In the event that the consumer is not satisfied with the products received, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of 7 calendar days to return the entire order or those products with which it was Not satisfied with your order. This, without any penalty and without needing to indicate the reasons why you have the will to desist.
We ask that in case of doubt before the acquisition of the product the products are not used as a test in streets, parks or areas where they may deteriorate.
No return of a product that has been used, assembled or out of its original packaging is accepted.
To formalize the return, the consumer must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, filling out the withdrawal form. Once the communication has been received, Mainada Kids will indicate the way to send the order to its stores/warehouses.
Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the payment method made by the customer. Refunds of money will be made within a period of up to ten (10) days from the reception of the merchandise in our warehouses.
In case of retraction in the purchase or withdrawal, the shipping costs of the return shall be borne by the Customer.
Changes or refunds of the following items are not allowed for hygiene reasons:
- Any item outside the original blister. Pacifiers and teething outside the original blister. Articles and accessories for breastfeeding: Bottles and extractors of breast milk without original sealed packaging.
- Hygiene and care: bath gel, infant soap, cologne... because it is not possible to check if there is a lack of quantity.
Changes or refunds of the following items are not allowed for safety reasons: Child Retention Devices for the car (safety seats, safety baskets, etc).
No returns of the special references requested by the client will be accepted.
In the case of orders/items with an amount exceeding 75 euros in which the shipping costs have not been charged, the actual costs billed by the transport company will be deducted from the amount to be paid. The amount will vary between €15 minimum and €25 maximum depending on the volume of the products. In case of return, shipping, customs or shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
It will also be deducted from the amount to pay any bank charge derived from the form or the payment channel (card, bank transfer, Paypal...), deterioration or reconditioning of the product if necessary.
The shipping costs will only be refundable in the case of wrong delivery by Mainada Kids or defective product.
In our stores will not be accepted returns of shipments received outside of Spain, Ceuta or Melilla.
